EMDR
A structured way to process painful memories so they feel like the past, not the present.

Trauma isn’t only about what happened. It’s about what your body and mind learned to do to get through it, and how those strategies still show up today, in your sleep, your relationships and the moments you suddenly feel unsafe.
My work is steady and paced. We don’t rush into the hardest memories. First we build enough safety and stability that you have somewhere solid to stand. When you’re ready, we use EMDR and body-based approaches to help your system finally settle.
I trained in a hospital trauma program and later worked with first responders, so I’m comfortable with difficult stories. You don’t need to protect me from yours.

We pay attention to the body, where stress and fear often live long after the event.
We get curious about the different parts of you, including the ones that work hard to protect you.
