How we work together.
The essentials on payments, timings, changes and cancellations, in plain language.
Plans and prices
- Website Clarity Review: $129, one-time payment. If you start a Signature website within 30 days, it is deducted from its price.
- Signature website: $790, introductory price for my first Signature clients (regular price $990), one-time payment.
- Optional extras: second language +$175, extra page +$69, extra round of changes +$49.
- After-launch care (optional): $35/month, no minimum term.
- Website + monthly care: $99/month, no upfront payment. Includes a website on one of the base designs, hosting, maintenance, Google Business Profile kept up to date, a monthly check of page titles and search basics, booking calendar and up to 1 hour of changes a month.
Website + monthly care
- 12-month minimum term, paid monthly by card through Stripe.
- After 12 months you can keep the plan or cancel at any time with 30 days’ notice; the website is yours.
- If you cancel before 12 months, the remaining months are due.
- Unused hours of changes don’t roll over.
How payment works
- By card, securely through Stripe.
- A 50% deposit to start. For the Signature website, the deposit holds your start date.
- The remaining 50% before the website goes live.
- Any applicable taxes are shown on the invoice.
What I need from you
- Website + monthly care: your texts and photos ready before we start.
- Signature website: the completed creative questionnaire and replies to my questions within a reasonable time.
Timings
- Usually two to three weeks from the moment I have all the material.
- If material arrives later, the timing moves by the same amount.
Changes
- Website + monthly care: 1 round of small changes included.
- Signature website: 2 rounds of changes included.
- Extra rounds are $49 each.
If you need to cancel
- Before work starts: I refund the full deposit.
- Once work has started: the deposit covers the work done and is not refunded.
- If a project is on hold for more than 60 days waiting for material, we close it; it can restart with a new quote.
What’s yours
- Once paid in full, the website, copy and design are yours.
- The domain is registered in your name.
- The images I choose are licensed for use on your website.
- I may show your website in my portfolio, unless you’d rather I didn’t.
Your data
- What you write in the forms is only used to reply to you and prepare your website. It is never shared.
