Two ways of looking, one way of workingTherapist
Therapist
first.
Designer
too.
Therapy taught me to listen before deciding what something means.I bring the same habit into design.

Therapy
I listen for what’s underneath the words.
What someone hesitates over, repeats or softens.
Design
I look for what needs to be seen, felt or understood.
Colour, type and layout decide what someone notices first.
The meeting point
I find the words first. Then I give them form.
That’s where Design for Mental Health begins.

The website comes after I understand the practice.
Before I think about colours, type or layout, I want to know how you actually work. What your clients tend to arrive carrying. What you notice that others might miss. What you wish they understood before the first session.
